Copenhagen Run II

Got on the freeway out of Hillerod just a little before 4 o’clock with a goal of reaching Hamburg and the hotel at a reasonable hour … GPS tells me it’s going to take 4-1/2 hours including the ferry ride at Rodbyhavn.

About 20 minutes of stop & go traffic was a bad early start, but after that it was smooth sailing on the 75 mph Danish freeways, a 45 minute ride on the $75 ferry to Germany. Once in Germany, back on the Autobahn to average 85 in the ‘unrestricted’ zones while others averaged much, much more. Fastest car I saw was a big Audi sedan that blew past me doing 130 or more.

There are no pics from the drive … need both hands on the Autobahn.

Hey WSF, this doesn’t look hard.
